This  fund was established  on 1^st of July ,1999 for JDA  dentists in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in accordance with the objectives set forthe in JDA  Bylaws . The collective Takaful fund has a legal entity of its own, with an independent budget .
The fund aimes to fulfill a co-operative  solidarity among its members , who are registered members of the Jordanian Dental Association , to ensure the provision of social care for themselves and their families in case of disability ,retirement, or death .
Subscription to this fund is voluntary to JDA members, who have had fullfilled their dues to JDA and the Takaful Funds. Subscription is limited to JDA members at or beneath 60 years of age.
The subscription fee is  (100 JOD),  to be paid upon subscription after submitting the required application form.
